Requirements
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for effective client interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Typing speed and accuracy are important for managing high-volume interactions efficiently
Nice To Haves
- Experience with outbound calling, analysis skills, and call center operations will be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, with a friendly and professional attitude
