About The Position

This position is essential to the success of Sherwin-Williams retail stores. Customer Service Specialists are responsible for interacting with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide information about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest appropriate solutions. They are also expected to efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Key aspects of the role include staying informed about product features, upholding the quality and visual standards of products and the store, delivering excellent customer service, and consistently achieving the store's sales targets. This is a part-time position located at Store #8244 in Mesa, AZ. The role involves direct interaction with customers, potentially including minors, and requires access to various assets such as cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise, which may be supervised or unsupervised. A criminal history review is a necessary part of the hiring process for this role.
