The position of Customer Service Representative involves ensuring the delivery of consistent operational processes and results across multiple regions/sites for a specific customer account. The main responsibility is to research and resolve inventory and vendor-related issues using JDA and other programs. You will serve as the main contact for customer operational performance, communicate actions and results between the customer and site, support account growth strategies, monitor service levels, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
