Requirements

  • High School diploma in Business Administration/Management
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
  • Skills in Adaptability, Auditory Attention, Customer Service Mindset, Empathic Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Multitasking, Proactive Behavior, Problem Solving, Self Motivation, Stress Resilience
  • Language proficiency in Korean

Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor orders using SAP SD
  • Understand organizational structure, master data, and document flow
  • Prevent errors through precise data entry and validation
  • Apply customer-specific conditions and check inventory availability
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles and preferences
  • Use CRM tools to support personalized service
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Guide customers through digital tools and self-service options
  • Respond to inquiries with clarity and empathy
  • Resolve complaints quickly and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle multiple requests efficiently, prioritizing by urgency
  • Make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing needs
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process enhancements
  • Contribute to service excellence through active feedback
