About The Position

This isn’t just another remote position—it’s a chance to build a meaningful, long-term career while helping people. You’ll work directly with union members who have already requested information about their benefits. Your role is to make sure they understand their options, answer their questions, and guide them through the process with professionalism and care. On a daily basis, you’ll connect with members by phone or video, schedule appointments, walk them through their available programs, and complete the necessary follow-up and paperwork. Every interaction matters—because the coverage you help put in place directly impacts the lives of the families you serve.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college or higher education a plus)
  • Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful, but not required
