This is a hybrid position that requires a minimum of two scheduled days per week in the Boulder, CO office. Requirements

Strong deductive reasoning ability when it comes to troubleshooting and repairing mechanical parts
Ability to ask logical question to help identify technical issues quickly and effectively
Excellent communication skills
Prioritizes high-level customer service for all customers
Attention to detail
2+ years of customer service, sales or related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
