About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist at U.S. AutoForce plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to customers in the wholesale distribution sector. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a HS Diploma/GED
  • 2 years of related customer service experience
  • An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Proficient use of multiple software programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related order management systems
  • Utilize out of the box thinking to problem solve with customers

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage and provide best in class service to our customers nationwide
  • Effectively assess and troubleshoot customer needs
  • Utilize problem solving skills to resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Analyze customer and warehouse data to determine delivery schedules and product shipping times
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to answer a high volume of calls
  • Process customer orders efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Research and provide information on availability, pricing, and applications of products
  • Partner with warehouse operations regarding product logistics
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales to offer customer and product support
  • Champion continuous improvement and quality control efforts
  • Support corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and all other company policies & procedures
