About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist at Stone Barbosa Cabinets Inc. is responsible for performing minor repairs on countertops while ensuring effective communication with customers and various departments. Requirements

• Current driver's license and clean DMV driving record.
• Ability to drive large vehicles including cargo vans.
• General knowledge of the countertop and construction industry.
• Ability to assess and repair cosmetic damages.
• Basic computer skills including email communication.
• Knowledge of algebra, geometry, adding, and dividing fractions to figure angles and measurements.
• Physically capable of handling necessary materials.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Previous countertop repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize company vehicle to commute to jobsites.
• Identify and assess repairs in the field.
• Perform various minor repairs on countertops.
• Communicate with customers, sales department, install team, and manufacturing plant as needed.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing job duties.
• Prepare and maintain inventory of supplies and materials in the company vehicle.
• Perform daily safety inspections on the company vehicle and report any issues.
• Adhere to a predetermined schedule of work.
• Regularly communicate with supervisor regarding any delays or issues.
• Inventory and maintain responsibility for all company-owned tools and supplies.
• Identify and assess all types of repairs needed for countertops.
• Perform touch-ups on site as needed.
• Determine and communicate to field coordination and manufacturing if repairs cannot be performed on site.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers regarding job assignments.
• Practice good housekeeping at the job site and in the company vehicle.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Benefits

• Full-time position with hourly pay ranging from $20 to $23.
