In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting union members who request information about their benefits, guiding them through options, and ensuring their needs are met with clarity and professionalism. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound communications, schedule and run virtual appointments, deliver engaging presentations, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure accuracy through quality control. This position is ideal for someone with a customer-first mindset who enjoys building strong relationships and takes pride in providing excellent service.
