  • Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner
  • Resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service
  • Welcoming prospective new customers interested in learning about our services
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Confirming service appointments and collecting overdue payments
  • Daily reporting and updating customer account information
  • Handling accounts payable, human resource paperwork, and payroll processing
  • High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
  • Previous experience with customer service on the phone
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
  • Time management talent and a sense of urgency
