The Joint Customer Service Lobby is a collaborative partnership between the Clark County Assessor, Auditor, and Treasurer offices. It provides residents with a streamlined and supportive experience for various essential government services. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about public service, excel at customer service and interpersonal communication, thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment, are eager to learn and apply state and local government policies and procedures, and are motivated to grow and succeed in a career-oriented role. As a Customer Service Specialist I, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and customer service duties. This is an entry-level position within a structured career progression path (Customer Service Specialist I-III), offering growth and advancement based on your dedication and performance. Most new hires are expected to advance to Customer Service Specialist II within 12-18 months. You will begin in your 'home' office-the Assessor's Office-and, once you are confident in those responsibilities, receive cross-training in both the Auditor's and Treasurer's Office.
