This entry-level customer service position is responsible for providing customer support activities for eCommerce customers through phone, e-mail, and chat regarding pre-sales, check out, billing, account management, returns, product inquiries, website technical guidance. Our Customer Service Specialist is passionate about serving as the customer's advocate not only in resolving issues but also in ensuring that the customer receives exemplary customer service.
