As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for families seeking childcare support. You’ll help families navigate resources, understand program eligibility, and find solutions during some of the most important moments in their children’s lives. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfort managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and active listening skills

Responsibilities

  • Be the first friendly voice families hear — answering calls and welcoming walk-in clients with care and professionalism.
  • Listen to and assess family needs todetermineeligibility, provide guidance, and connect them to the right resources.
  • Clearly explain childcare policies, procedures, and program expectations in a way that families can easily understand.
  • Educate new families entering the program and help them take their next steps confidently.
  • Offer alternative solutions when families are not eligible, connecting them to other helpful community resources.
