The Customer Service Specialist will engage with customers through phone or email to identify their needs, take appropriate actions, or escalate issues when necessary. Responsibilities include providing quotes, processing sales orders, documenting complaints, and addressing service issues related to shipments, billing, warranty, and product inquiries. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the CMO (Customer Mission Operations) located in the United States and will be Remote.
