About The Position
We seek a motivated, talented Customer Service Representative to join our customer service team. Do you enjoy talking to people and answering questions? We have a high-call volume office that speaks with Dentist offices to answer questions regarding our appliances, take payments, track case status, and various other administrative tasks. If you have previous experience in a similar setting this may be the position for you! As a Customer Service Specialist, your main job is to communicate with customers over the phone and through email. It’s important to stay professional, patient, and positive while accurately sharing information about our products and services. You’ll help customers by answering questions about their orders and technical issues, resolving problems, attracting new customers, and promoting our products.
