CUSTOMER SERVICE/SERVICE BOOTH CLERK
About The Position
The Customer Service/Service Booth Clerk is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and encouraging customer returns. This role involves embracing the 'Customer 1st' strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service, while demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Smith’s Food and Drug, which merged with The Kroger Company in 1998, serves customers in over 140 stores across multiple states including Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.
