About The Position

The Customer Service Security Officer position is designed to ensure the safety and security of client property and personnel. This role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents at assigned client sites, providing a secure environment through active monitoring and patrolling. Security Officers are expected to deliver excellent customer service while enforcing regulations and directives related to personnel and visitors. The position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, and no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality industry.
