Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and confident decision-making.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple projects.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text, solving problems with a focus on solutions.
  • Assist with inquiries, order entry, and fabric research.
  • Support various projects across departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Master and utilize essential technology platforms such as FACTS, Google Docs, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
  • Continuously expand your fabric knowledge to better serve our customers.
  • Other duties as assigned—flexibility and adaptability are key.
