As EMCOM continues to flourish we are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to our sales team and customers to provide an exceptional level of customer service.

  • 1 year as a Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist in a manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for customers
  • Create and respond to email inquiries
  • Address and resolve customer concerns
  • Provide support to the sales and shipping team
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide updates on job status and communicate any delays
  • Ensure alignment of customer expectations with ISO 9001 quality control standards
  • Establish and Maintain business relationships with customers
  • Share customer feedback with appropriate departments
