The ideal candidate is very proficient with computers, both typing speed and navigation of computer programs. The individual should also be personable and able to handle stress in a healthy and calm manner. Additionally they should be very proactive in terms of customer communication.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound support calls regarding general product questions, shipping inquiries, refund requests, etc.
• Answer inbound sales calls, providing expert knowledge on products and guiding customers through purchases.
• Review sales order information for accuracy and directly input sales order information.
• Create purchase orders and manage 3rd party shipments through UPS and FedEx.
• Pull products from the shelf and prepare them for packing by the shipping department.
• Respond to customer questions through the website LiveChat service.
• Handle customer emails, direct inquiries, and general website email inquiries.
• Call vendors for tracking numbers and update customers regarding back orders and order changes.
