About The Position

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking travel health services. This role combines customer support with sales to ensure every client receives expert guidance and a positive experience. Requirements

  • Customer service, sales, or call center experience
  • Sales-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (comfortable using Google Suite)
  • Calm under pressure, reliable, and punctual
  • Eager to contribute every day

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone with warmth and professionalism
  • Turn first-time clients into loyal Passport Health advocates
  • Schedule appointments quickly and accurately
  • Assist leadership with ongoing projects and administrative tasks
  • Handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
