About The Position

Batteries Plus in Prince Frederick, MD and California, MD are both actively seeking to hire an energetic and dependable Customer Service / Sales Associate / Device Repair Technician position. MUST be able to work at both locations. MUST have cell phone repair experience. EXPERIENCE REPLACING CELL PHONE SCREENS AND BATTERIES A MUST! We offer a competitive pay range of $17-$20/hr based on experience plus generous employee discounts, sign on bonus after training completed and a 401k retirement plan! Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service/retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.
• Ability to work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
• 3-6 months of previous experience repairing cell phones, tablets, and other devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Educate customers on batteries, lighting, and electronic devices.
• Assist customers with sales goals by suggesting add-ons and upsells.
• Repair customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices.
• Test, install, and replace batteries in various devices.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Handle challenging opportunities and find solutions for customers.
