We’re looking for Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to serve our RV manufacturers, repair facilities, glass shops, insurance partners, and RV owners nationwide. This is more than a call center role. Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses that reflect our commitment to service excellence. Coordinate with RV owners, manufacturers, repair facilities, TPA partners, glass shops, and insurance companies. Create & Process Orders with Precision Generate quotes, invoices, order forms, and professional correspondence. Convert quotes into sales while ensuring accuracy and consistency. File insurance claims and coordinate scheduling for installations. Navigate Systems with Confidence Utilize sales, freight, and knowledge management systems to identify parts and provide accurate freight estimates. Support customers efficiently by leveraging internal tools and processes. Solve Problems & Drive Solutions Open and manage customer cases. Collaborate cross-functionally with Warehousing, Invoicing, Accounting, and Technical Support to resolve freight, payment, and warranty issues. Develop strategic, timely solutions that meet service level agreements (SLAs) and build long-term customer relationships. Represent Our Mission Uphold company values in every interaction. Qualifications

Requirements

• 2–3 years of customer service and sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with general office equipment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Sustained seated posture for extended periods
