Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work onsite at our Beckley, WV location

Responsibilities

• Confidently promote and sell products and services
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions to retain or upgrade their services
• Accurately process service changes and account updates
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
• Complete service/save orders and negotiate when needed
• Provide an outstanding experience in every interaction
