About The Position

Auto Glass Now offers fast, friendly, and convenient auto glass services, and is the second largest auto glass repairer in America. They are seeking friendly and energetic team members to join their growing glass family, specifically for the Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate role. This position is available for both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates, with a strong emphasis on career growth as the majority of their management team started as entry-level employees. Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is looking for individuals who are people-oriented, enjoy helping others, and are motivated by results. While experienced customer service professionals, especially those with automotive industry experience, are valued, no prior experience is required. The company provides paid training for new trainees, covering how to professionally explain the auto glass repair process, respond to customer inquiries, and manage billing invoices.

Requirements

• Must have a positive attitude and customer service mindset
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus!
• Prior phone or call center experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work
• Answer phones and return customer calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist Manager with daily parts returns
• Ensure accuracy when ordering parts
• Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
• Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
