In this role, you will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, managing appointments, and providing support to returning customers. You will create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential as you answer phones, return customer calls, and provide excellent service to all clients. Additionally, you will assist the manager with daily parts returns and ensure that all parts are ordered correctly. We believe in investing in our employees, which is why we offer paid training to help you learn the ins and outs of our auto glass repair process. During training, you will earn a competitive hourly wage, and upon completion, you can expect to earn up to $18 per hour, depending on your experience and the market you are in.
