We are looking for driven individuals to come grow with us. As a Customer Service Rep in our Sleep & Respiratory division, you will verify patients’ insurance benefits, answer patient questions about CPAP & BIPAP, and discuss financial responsibility with patients. You must demonstrate that you are capable of educating patients about the importance and benefits of CPAP/BIPAP. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
