About The Position

This is a reships and returns support role. You will help solve post-delivery issues like missing, damaged, or incorrect items and process returns and credits. This role is mostly back-end order support with targeted customer contact by phone and email when needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Comfort working on a computer and learning new systems
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, order support, shipping/returns experience is preferred, not required
  • Interest in outdoor/travel/towing activities is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create invoices to issue credits, process returns, and support inventory adjustments
  • Create reship invoices for missing, damaged, or incorrect items to resolve issues quickly
  • Research orders, shipment details, and product information to determine the right solution
  • Communicate with customers by phone/email as needed to close the loop
  • Partner with teammates and other departments to resolve issues and reduce repeat problems
  • Other duties as assigned
