We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving the South Metro Atlanta area since 1979. We are a well-established and respected Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical company that takes pride in everything we do. As the first contact for our company, you will be setting the example for the quality and professionalism of our company. This is a demanding position where you may be dealing with up to 100 calls per day. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position where they have been responsible for greeting visitors and working with a multi-line phone system. Prior experience making outbound sales calls is a plus! Any high-level issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager. Communicate with customers via phone, email to create service orders. Gathers all information for the service file location, edits, updates. Assists field supervisors in communication with customers to set up service calls. Create service information advertising folders for the field staff.
