As a Customer Service Representative at Reynolds and Reynolds, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order entry and inventory management systems. Your primary responsibility will be to enter customer orders accurately using our order entry program, which is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our dealership profile accounts. You will also be tasked with establishing and nurturing professional relationships with both prospects and existing customers, which is vital for fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction. In addition to order entry, you will generate various reports, including the forms management report and other weekly reports that will be shared with our sales representatives. These reports are important for tracking sales performance and inventory levels. You will also be responsible for resolving any product shipping and billing issues that may arise, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. Maintaining complete and organized customer files for sales is another key aspect of your role, as it helps in providing excellent customer service and support. This position is based at our facility in Celina, OH, and requires you to work either from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., making it essential for you to be available during these hours to meet customer needs effectively.
