About the position
We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Person for food delivery. The role involves delivering pizzas and other food items to customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery while adhering to company standards. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform various tasks related to food delivery and handling.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas and beverages to customers' locations.
- Transport food items from the store to the delivery vehicle and from the vehicle to the customer's door.
- Complete paperwork in an office setting.
- Lift and carry food products and supplies as needed.
- Push and pull trays on dollies for deliveries.
- Navigate stairs and ladders as required during deliveries.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Good eye-hand coordination for handling food items.
