About The Position

This position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates who enjoy developing relationships with customers by identifying ways to meet their financial needs and assist in resolving customer sales and service inquiries that lead to improved satisfaction and sales. Provide a consistent legendary experience which includes uncovering customer's needs in a customer-centric manner and offering solutions of various bank products and services to meet customer's financial needs. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions through account opening and account maintenance of both personal and business accounts. Assist branch with achieving goals. Refer customers to experts when more complex financial goals and needs are recognized. Achieve required levels of outbound phone calls to customers to help grow and retain relationships. Participate in on-going training and development. Conduct relationships and activities consistent with established bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate Code of Conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in banking or similar field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Possess good judgment and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and communication skills.
