The Premier Customer Service Representative will work closely with assigned Premier Underwriters to acquire and retain policies for High Net Worth Clients and Family Office clients. This role involves providing comprehensive service for assigned clients by collaborating with key contacts across all internal departments within Operations. The representative will be responsible for coordinating total service for assigned accounts and ensuring that all account requests are managed and prioritized effectively to meet demanding deadlines. Additionally, the representative will prepare quote proposals and provide quote options for new and renewal business using Excel spreadsheets. The role also includes creating spreadsheets to help agents organize client information and identifying additional service options for Premier clients. The representative will act as a resource for both internal and external clients and must understand business and marketing concepts as they relate to the Premier strategy. Flexibility with work hours is required based on business needs, and assistance with special training requests may be needed.
