About The Position
Spartan Management Group works as a consulting group for a rapidly growing network of Plumbing and HVAC businesses across the U.S. As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team. While Spartan Management Group provides strategic consulting and operational support, we are deeply integrated with the businesses we work alongside to drive growth and excellence. We are looking for a Call Center Representative to support our customer service operations. In general, those holding this position must be great on the phone with our customers, work well with the team, have analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
