About The Position

The position involves providing excellent and expeditious client experience, which includes greeting clients, responding to questions, processing incoming and outgoing patients, and handling payments. The role also requires answering phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, the position entails handling incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail, monitoring the client waiting area to ensure cleanliness, and documenting and maintaining client information, service data, and other pertinent information within practice management software. Complex matters are to be escalated to senior staff as needed.
