Requirements

• Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
• Internet skills including email usage and literacy.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to continual education about the company, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and assisting them in the retail store.
• Order/Invoice data entry.
• Processing customer orders, changes, and returns according to established policies and procedures.
• Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
• Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Communicating with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and text.
• Providing timely feedback to management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple concerns simultaneously.
• Maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations.
• Answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate staff members.
• Assisting accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assisting the purchasing department when needed.
• Faxing, scanning, and copying documents.
• Assisting with planning seasonal moves from Salinas to Yuma.
• Pulling orders in the warehouse if needed.
• Performing other duties as required or assigned.
