CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. About the department: Customer Service Representatives work with customers directly either in person or over the phone regarding their billing account. This includes, but is not limited to setting up payment plans, taking payments, accepting new insurance information, explaining or processing financial assistance applications, answering insurance questions and working to collect account balances by sending letters or contacting the patient by phone. This position is busy and requires multitasking and teamwork.
