The Customer Service Representative provides customer support to business customers via telephone and/or Internet channels such as instant messaging and email. This role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, including pricing and availability, processing orders and warranties, and providing technical assistance. The representative will perform other administrative duties as required. Under general supervision, Customer Service Representatives are responsible for delivering general information and technical problem resolution to customers, processing customer orders and returns, and addressing all general circumstances necessary to satisfy customer needs through both telephone and written communication.
