The Associate Product Consultant is responsible for providing high quality customer care to create a positive experience for consumers. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that entails the management of inbound calls, emails from customers when they have product and warranty questions. This is a remote role beginning on June 16, 2025. Contact Center hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm Eastern Time. Shifts will rotate weekly. Starting pay is $17.07 an hour with benefits beginning Day 1, including all equipment provided. Please apply if you are available to start June 16, 2025 and have no time off needs through July 18th planned. (Due to class sizes time off during training cannot be approved.) Contact Center hours are 7am-6pm Central Time, 6am-5pm Mountain Time, and 5am-4pm Pacific Time. Must be able to work hours within your time zone.
