Requirements

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
• Organized with excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.
• Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to clients.
• Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions.
• Build rapport and relationships with clients.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations.
