About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative at XPO, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, processing shipments, and performing general clerical duties. You will work in a fast-paced environment where effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires you to walk and/or stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery.
