About the position

We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide excellent service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
