The Customer Service Representative position at our Waukegan location is a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service. The representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and providing product information. This role also involves conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers, providing updates, and offering additional products or services. The representative will analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell opportunities, ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized at all times. In addition to handling customer interactions, the representative will maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the filing database. Collaboration with other team members is essential to resolve customer issues effectively, and complex cases may need to be escalated when necessary. This position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality, as the representative will be expected to work evening shifts from Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure that the representative is well-equipped to handle customer inquiries and provide the best service possible.
