Woods Comfort Systems in San Marcos is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the HVAC or a similar trade, demonstrating proficiency in managing multiple phone lines and possessing solid computer skills. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service in a fast-paced and demanding work environment. As a full-time position, the CSR will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation required. The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, which may vary based on experience. In this role, the CSR will be responsible for answering phones, assisting in managing the daily technician load, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Maintaining accurate customer account information and responding to customer emails are critical tasks. The CSR will also be required to perform data entry and communicate regularly with management to resolve any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise. Additionally, the CSR will back up dispatch as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the team. Candidates must possess prior experience working as a CSR in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the HVAC or similar trade. Organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and excellent computer skills are essential. A strong phone presence and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software are also required. Familiarity with the geographical service area and knowledge of the HVAC and/or plumbing industry is preferred. A minimum of two years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management is necessary, along with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
