Requirements

• Must have at least 1-2 years of solid face-to-face Customer Service experience
• College degree preferred
• Must have considerable first-class customer service skills
• Must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to obtain airport badge/pass background check
• Must be able to take/pass a pre-employment drug screening
• FBO experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers relating to concierge service, rental cars and hotel accommodation
• Confirm catering orders for inbound/outbound flights
• Provide ground transportation for pilots/customers
• Answer multi-line company switchboard and route calls accordingly
• Use Unicom communication system
• Schedule aircraft arrivals and departures and coordinate with Line Service
• Maintain scheduling for lobby area and conference rooms
• Maintain serviceability of aircraft linens and dishware
• Dispatch and receive fuel orders
• Enter fuel and service tickets
• Service and stock office and kitchen supplies
• Maintain security access to ramp, hangar, and offices
• Adhere to company Policy and Procedure Manual
• Demonstrate loyalty to company and confidentiality when dealing with and/or communicating with and/or customers, competitors, and vendors
• Demonstrate professional and positive attitude, especially in adverse situations
• Maintains Customer Service desk in a clean, professional, safe, and organized manner
