We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative in our Technical Parts, Sales and Service Department. This role is crucial in supporting the Service and Spare Parts business for our existing and future customer base. The representative will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, apply technical knowledge, and effectively communicate spare part requirements to customers.

  • Be the face and voice of our company to our valued customers
  • Daily communication with customers by phone and e-mail to process new part orders
  • Work with customers to keep them informed on their order status
  • Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing customer needs
  • Follow through to completion customer requests and inquiries, or matters involving active or new orders
  • Understand and follow the company Quality and Safety requirements and follow the Work and Safety guidelines in the warehouse
  • Hotline responsibility by answering in a rotation format phone calls, ship local parts and/or release global inventory shipments
  • Other duties as assigned
  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Buyer or Purchasing Experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in inventory management or logistics
  • Mechanical/Technical background is a plus
