Requirements

  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years of insurance service experience (or other relevant professional services experience).
  • Experience in a professional business environment required.
  • Property & Casualty License required at date of hire.
  • Must meet all continuing education requirements as outlined by the applicable State Insurance Commissioner.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable using tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and similar software.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, timely, and consultative support for existing customers.
  • Handle incoming customer service requests and assist with day-to-day insurance needs.
  • Update customer interactions and contact information in the agency management system.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities by offering additional policy options to customers.
  • Maintain compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
