About The Position

If you have limited experience, this program will teach you everything you need to learn to become a successful manager. If you have previous experience, the program allows for self-paced learning and fast tracking to help you advance. Our Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities - which sets us apart from our competition. For many of our General Managers, the ultimate goal is to own their own business. Only individuals who have successfully managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least a year, are eligible to apply for a franchise. Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to make the correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a management role.
• Experience in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders.
