About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative at Spectrum, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers subscribed to our cable and video products. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, answering billing questions, and providing a best-in-class customer experience. This position requires evening and weekend availability, and you will be working in an office environment answering calls and resolving issues.
