The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at American Leak Detection of Atlanta plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position involves answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and effectively dispatching and routing technicians for daily jobs. The CSR will serve a diverse clientele, including residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout the Atlanta area. The role requires a proactive approach to managing customer experiences and ensuring that all service requests are handled promptly and professionally. In addition to answering phones and explaining services to potential clients, the CSR will be responsible for managing the customer experience from the initial contact through to the completion of service. This includes scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring that all jobs are routed efficiently to meet customer needs. The CSR will work full-time during an 8-hour daytime shift, typically from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability as required.
